RETURN POLICY

B IS FOR BROWN does not accept returns or exchanges, considering the delicacy of the product. All sales are final. If your package arrives damaged, contact us via direct message on Instagram or email at BIS4BROWN@GMAIL.COM within 3 days of delivery. Please prepare to send photos of damaged item/package and you will be accommodated accordingly.

B IS FOR BROWN is not responsible for ANY skin or allergic reactions. It is always recommended to do a patch test before applying product to large areas of the face/body.

SHIPPING

​

BI IS FOR BROWN currently only ships within the United States. All packages will be provided with a tracking number. All orders require a processing time of 10-14 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details accompanied by the tracking number. Orders will be shipped Tuesday - Saturday via USPS, United States Postal Service. Please understand that shipping processing times does not include holidays or weekends. Holidays & weekends will require additional time.
